I started my blog, Pandemonium Today, almost 5 years ago (this is sinking in as I write this).

It's been a great outlet and playground for thoughts and lyrical tendencies but essentially, it is a running commentary on life as I observe it. Politics, spirituality, psychology, art, work, HIV/AIDS … these are some of the subjects I touch on, all under the premise that, if we work through the chaos rather than ignore or step around it, we can find a way to transcend it.
