All of our products are designed in Kenya. We endeavour to produce as much as we can locally, working with like-minded suppliers and minding our environmental impact.

At this time, we do not create custom portraits for individuals.
For up to 30 days from the day the product was received, returns are accepted.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Products can be refunded (minus the original shipping cost), or exchanged for an item/items of equal value.
For exchanges, the buyer will cover shipping.
Lulu Kitololo is founded and led by Lulu Kitololo, a Kenyan artist and designer.
Lulu draws inspiration from nature, as well as cultures and crafts from around the world and especially Africa. Celebrating diversity central to her creative practice.
